Its been a busy few days - I have finally retired! This is the second retirement function I have attended in a week. After 36 years involvement with early childhood education (and 18 years in kindergarten) it is time to take time for myself and family. I had a lovely farewell at the Xmas staff function today. Tears and laughter (they called me a chatterbox?), many songs were sung, a scrumptious lunch, and we played lawn bowls. (I have decided that will not be one of my retirement goals) More time for photography is my favourite goal of course. Watch this space. Friday is my last work day. I am quite happy and satisfied.
