Nothing more beUtigul Liana. The scenery as we sailed on the ferry from Wellington to Picton this last March was just stunning. So glad we did it when we did as the road we drove on is of course no more!
@happypat Yes your timing was right - it is such a shame we can't drive that beautiful coast again - at least not in the foreseeable future. However the inland alternative route has a different beauty plus lots more traffic now!
@dide@pasttheirprime Thanks for commenting. I was quite surprised to notice the last vestiges of snow on the mountain but I think it contributes to the layering look quite well.
