Talking about camouflage -- it took a few seconds before I spotted it (awaiting eye surgery does not help at the moment !!) Such a gorgeous little fellow
Very cool! I know I always say I would love to visit Australia, but some of the wildlife there scares me lol. We only see these in the zoos were I am - behind glass
@not_left_handed hi Dawn, really you would be scared of these? I think I have been fascinated by the dragons since a tiny child and we used to catch them in my grandmothers back yard when they would come out to sit under the hose. I can't think of any possible way they could hurt you :)
@dianen interesting that people could be scared of these, it would never occur to me to be anything but fascinated by them. they are not even remotely agressive, I'm sure I have never ever heard of anyone ever having any kind of incident involving a dragon! even the huge goannas are not agressive to people though they can be a bit daunting because of their size
