JordanT's twelve

JordanT and twelve colony members have headed off from the Koala Gardens colony to bring isolation relief to thirteen older people who have been feeling the pressure of being kept at home. One of those thirteen is the 365 member who came up with the idea and decided to make this beautiful gift idea happen.
