@k9photo you can eat all of it, it is both culinary and medicinal. The older leaves are a bit spiky for me, but the young leaves are great chopped into salads, added to soup, the flowers are lovely too on nearly anything, and you can make tea from it.
A fabulous capture of this very pretty flower. I had one plant given to me this year but I hope to grow some from seed next year. I like an idea that I read about somewhere of putting a flower in each space in an ice cube tray, with water and the flower will freeze in the ice cube. It will look pretty in a gin and tonic. I’ll try it next year 😊.
