What?? I don't think that zebras get too much exposure to snow in their natural habitat, but they seemed to be doing just fine on a relatively balmy day (oh how quickly our definitions of balmy change, I think we were up to +8 degrees C today and it felt gorgeous) in Calgary.
Hi Kristin, forgive me for slacking, I feel awful at how far behind I have gotten this past week, but that is what happens when you have 3 kids, two being teenagers and your husband is gone for work for two weeks…i never have time to do photos for myself or on here. So I was looking through your photos. You have a great eye and some amazing shots! My challenge to you is to go out and explore buildings and architecture and try to get some lines and POV. Sometimes these shots make nice BW photos. A personal bonus would be to take a random shot of someone, 'street photography' and see how you like it. I personally love street photography and have not had a chance in weeks to go out and shoot on the streets; plus it's getting colder here too. I hope you enjoy this challenge and look forward to your challenge for me.
You are right, the best job in the world is being a mom!
@staci2171 ~ Thanks for the push! Sounds good - definitely both architecture and street photos are out of my comfort zone... Looks like I need to make a trip downtown this week.
