I have to say THANK YOU for your amazing response to yesterday's biking photo of my son. I literally had 15 minutes for photography yesterday . I liked the shot but never thought it would grab so many of you. Such a thrill to make the PP.
I wonder if my Lensbaby creative aperture kit disks would work with my Canon lens? The disks look just the same as those by Bokeh Masters (thanks for the link - very useful) I would have to find a way of suspending them in front of the lens - any thoughts?? A Lensbaby is the other way of getting creative bokeh - the creative aperture disks are very reasonable but you generally need the specific Lensbaby lens to go with them (Composer Pro of Muse)
@lepi I'm not familiar with Lensbaby creative kits. The thing I have only fits properly on my 50mm. I don't think it would be too hard to make something out of paper and just attach the fancy cuts out on a bigger lens though. It just attaches with an elastic band. The cut outs are the hard part (which I have). Good luck with it. This is the first time I used it. I have numerous other shapes too.
I remember spending ages trying to make my own kit. Yours is better. :)
