My husband and I went on a 3 hour hike today with my son's class from school. The scenery was AMAZING. Unfortunately, I suck at landscape photography. This shot, however, I liked. The reflection and colours were stunning. I don't know why but I decided to flip it and make it unusual. I kind of see a face. Do you??
That's awesome - I love that it matches the shapes of the trees themselves! I also am disappointed with my landscapes, although am making more of an effort to include something interesting in the foreground too which helps. Having said that, Cambridge is as flat as a pancake so have a lack of interesting scenery to practice on!
I like how you did this. I almost posted a domino train shot all funky like this yesterday (except my photo stunk). Lovely reflections...and I sorta see the face, too!
The reflections are absolutely perfect, the focus is so sharp and the colours spectacular, interesting to flip it like that, but, Naw,don't see a face.
Very cool shot! You so do not such at landscapes, this is great, and I love the creativity to flip it sideways. There is definitely a face there. It reminds me of a totem pole!
This reminds me of logo from the 'Vision On' UK TV series.
I am going to have to hit my +FAV button!
It reminds me of an Ent.
