I had 20 minutes for photography tonight so you get yet another shot of my son at homework time. We found these multiplication flashcards in Kennedy's desk last night so I thought we'd try them out. Gage has good number sense and I was very impressed as we worked our way through the pile. In fact, I was shocked he was able to quickly answer the "big" ones. So shocked that I suspected foul play. I thought his big sister was mouthing him the answers behind my back, but she wasn't. This is his "I'm not lying" look after he announced the correct answer. It was then that Kennedy said, "He can see the answers through the cards!" Silly me, I had been holding each individual card up so the answer was just slightly visible through the backside. At this point they both laughed hysterically... the little cheaters!!
