My son had a soccer game today and this was my favourite shot. I know there's not a lot of action and there's no facial expressions but there's something about the colours, hanging clump of grass, their numbers and the sense of isolation, that I like. I hope you do too. Best viewed on black.
You do so well in picking your POVs... this one works really well. The little clump of kicked up grass really shows that action happening here. You can certainly see the jostling going on!
I love this. You can tell there is much action going on, even though you can't see their faces! The muscles in the legs and the hanging clumps of grass tell it all. The color is fantastic too. Great soccer shot!
This is great and I like the numbers, number 8 and twice as good number 16, or 16 is twice as bad, depending which number your son is!! LOL LOL I do like the grass in the air and think it show a lot of action, especially with the legs entwined trying to kick the ball!! Great shot! FAV!
Focusing just on the action of the feet is perfect for a soccer shot! Love the intenseness of the colors and that flying chunk of grass. This one will look good in next year's photo book too.
