I'm late in posting...my silly iPad stopped sending out emails for some unknown reason. When I woke up, they had finally gone out!
We're in Seattle for spring break with friends who had never seen the famous gum wall. So we hit the area first thing in the morning before it was flooded with tourists. We had a great day exploring! I even got to meet fellow 365er Betsie, whose a vendor in the Pike Place Market. It was great chatting with her!! We also rode the Ferris Wheel, explored antique stores, did a little window shopping and people watching. Here's another shot from today of the Alley where the gum wall is: http://365project.org/kwind/365/2013-03-26
@missmercy It's an area where people stick their gum all over the wall. It's become a tourist attraction. It's rather disgusting but totally fascinating at the same time.
Ewwww! One of my friends from Seattle had an up close shot of gummy nast as her FB profile. I had no idea it was only a tiny spot on a giant wall. Thanks for the education. :P
@archaeofrog It really is a must see and it's right below/beside the famous pike place market. My photo does not do it justice. The alley itself is so full of character too.
@grizzlysghost ROFL oooh you are so totally disgusting but that made me crack up laughing.
