Ouch!!! Not sure I could sleep with all those bobby pins in my hair!!! But then my mom used to say, "Beauty knows no pain!" And the end result for your daughter is lovely!!!
@lesip It took about an hour to wrap it all up. She has very thick hair. We took it out first things this morning and it is virtually the same curl now, 9 hours later.
My Mum used to curl my sisters hair with rags when she was little and I told my daughter about it and we did just this with her straight hair. She had beautiful curly ringlets for a day.
