Rising to the Occasion.

If your excuse this photograph as very busy today and the camera is still in it's bag, so I had to use my loaf for today's idea. Sorry for the pun !!

My second kitchen gadget capture and one I'm sure you have seen or used is the home bread maker, and as you can see there is just 20 minutes to go on the timer, the smell is wonderful.

The loaf is baking well and as I said it's, "Rising to the Occasion". Can't believe that nobody new about the halogen oven in a previous capture.

It was interesting because I would like a bread maker myself, but I was told you have to eat the bread the same day as its not so nice the next day. That worried me! A whole loaf!

@windridge Susan, it's not something I would use all the time, but when it's fresh it's wonderful. Next day not to bad and toast on the third.
