What's on my Leg

I'm afraid it's a WWW day in the West Country of the UK - Wet, Windy and Waterlogged. So I'm going to dive in my spares from Summer to cheer us yokels up.

A buzzing bee lands on the Lavender, but what has he got on his leg? Is it pollen or bee's wax, whatever it is, this looks rather heavy to carry around all the time. That reminds me I must go on a diet again as mine is more than bee's wax.

Busy little bee! I find it fascinating to watch the bees flitting from flower to flower. Wonderful capture, wondering if there is a bee hospital? Is that a bee cast? LOL
