All alone am I, ever since your goodbye. by ladymagpie

All alone am I, ever since your goodbye.

It may be a lone tree but it must have one of the best views in the County of Gloucestershire. A wonderful picnic area looking down the River Severn valley towards Bristol and the open sea.

Dedicated to one of my favourite songs by Brenda Lee in 1963 - can anyone remember that.

Best viewed with the magnify button above the pic.
Beautiful magnified. What a fabulous lookout point.

Beautiful capture and as I was only a child when Brenda Lee was around, I decided to listen to it on. A beautiful song. As Phil said '365 can be very educational.'

@quirky Thank you Jo, yes it is a lovely song and it wasn't intended to make me cry, but the situation I was in it did.
