Not far from home is this local landmark called Cam Peak, a hill that sticks out like a "Pimple on a rice Pudding", among all the other hills around. Not sure whether other people know that saying or whether it's one of my Mothers.
I had to climb another hill to get this capture with the River Severn and the Forest of Dean behind the peak. In Spring the hole peak turns blue with bluebells from top to bottom.

Never heard that expression before. However that is a lovely view...glad you climbed that hill so you could share it with us. The different shades of green are amazing.
out of curiosity what is the flat top building in centre lower part of the shot ?
