Moorhen ponders Weight Watchers

I came across this rather portly moorhen the other day and wondered if it has been overfeeding itself ready for a harsh winter.

Whatever, it still looked very pretty sat on my favourite place down on the Stroudwater Canal. Glad nobody was taking a picture of me at the same time because they may have said the same thing.
