The rain relented for an hour or so this morning so I grabbed my camera and out I went. I also wanted to find a geocache on the church edges so I killed two birds with on stone, as the saying goes.
This is St. Mary's Church in the village of Woodchester and although there has been a church here since the 12th century, most of the current structure dates from about 1851. My best friend Julie past away just a few years ago at the early age of just 51, and as she is laid to rest here it gave me time to pay her a visit.
