Canal Restoration Opens our Valleys.

It's so nice to see another part of The Stroudwater Canal being restored and these couple of locks are nearing completion. During the recent storms part of the towpath and the new lock wall was washed away and has just been rebuilt for the second time.

The towpath is well used by walkers with about 12 miles available now. If you look closely near the bottom right you will see a couple of little dogs waiting for there owner.

What Ruby above said - great capture, and story. Have the rains stopped now at least? Do you have blue skies above?!?! :)
