Looking amongst the Hedgerows.

A quick walk around the village and I noticed these blossoms sticking out of the hedgerow of a house just up the road. Now I'm useless at gardening so I relying on you experts to tell me what they are from.

Thought that a good close-up would do justice to the picture, I hope you agree. Best viewed by clicking on the picture to give it a black background.

Looks like a flowering currant. This is a lovely capture of it and the frame picks out the colour perfectly

@elisasaeter @stormi40 @virtualbrownie Thank you all, I've jut had message that says it is an American Current used in hedgerows. ( Ribes sanguineum) is the name.

First of all - fabulous capture - love the colors and especially the bokeh - Fav for me. Secondly, thanks for the info about clicking on the photo to make the background black...love that feature and thought it had gone away!
