Strange Bendy Sheep by ladymagpie

Strange Bendy Sheep

The Cotswold Hills are famous for it's wool and cloth manufacture, in fact if you have a snooker table it's almost certain that the green baize comes from the valleys. Also the famous guards outside Buckingham Palace wear the bright red uniforms with the material again from the local mills.

Now I was up on top of the hills, when I came across this very long necked sheep who seemed to be able to bend his head everywhere, he certainly stared me out. Well of course this isn't a Cotswold sheep, it's another of those alpacas that seem to becoming popular with farmers and small holding owners.

There is one thing for certain, you couldn't hide behind it's back very easily could you. Better viewed with the dark background.
Great shot! Cute pose he struck for you.

Aren't they so cute? You almost had me there. I was going to make a comment about this new breed of sheep until I saw you admitted it was an alpaca
