I haven't done one of my "A View around the Village" series for ages. So yesterday I stopped off on the edge of my village to take this early Victorian home or Hall as this ones called.
A very large house with wonderful windows, notice the lion above the front door porch. Look closely at the chimney pots, especially the center back one that has spiral tubes around the edge which increases the speed that the smoke rises.
Now I would love this home with the added sun lounge at the left side and an obvious extension on the right. The problem would be that my cleaners would want me to triple their wages.
I wonder if I should work for an estate agent, view with the dark surround.
