Arthur Swan. by ladymagpie

Arthur Swan.

Well it has to be "Arthur" swan because it's not a whole one is it. I'm sure that it was also a very shy one as well, the reason being that every time I raised my camera it ducked under the water and played hide-and-seek. How is it that every time it reappeared from the depths it's body looked dry in seconds.

A little walk along the Stroudwater Canal and there was plenty of water birds to watch and photograph, yet I found it impossible not to share Arthur Swan with you - Bottoms Up everyone.

Thank you all for your comments and FAV's, you might enjoying viewing this one with the dark surround.
Gotta love the butt shots, this is what I usually click on!

Duck Butt...sorry but I always yell that when we are at the park and this happens!! Beautiful capture with the ripples in the water!!

If Arthur is always going bottoms-up, you have to wonder why he so "dry". (maybe that is only a term on this side of the water)

Have you even wondered what the greatest killer of owls is?
