Still laid up with my wonky donkey knee so it will have to be another view from around the valleys. I pulled up in a field gateway and thought this view over the hedge was a great example of everything about my area.
The valleys are full of villages on the hillsides and you can see one up near the woods. Another important industry around here is farming with hundreds of old farms dotted around the valleys and the slopes.
Sheep and wool was the main product to the farmers years ago, but today it's cattle for milk and corn, wheat and sugar beet from the arable land. So all in all it's a beautiful part of England that I enjoy so much.
