Now I know what you're going to say, It's 2. Well I know that, but it's just to illustrate an important phrase in one's life. If you're feeling very sincere about something in life, you shouldn't just slip into the background. You must show your true feelings, in other words you should stand up and be counted.
As for the picture, this was taken in my green fingered friends garden and she has several of these Delphiniums in the borders around the garden. These have a lovely deep colour and are quite tall

Its height makes it imposing, big and buxom, and they are not easy as they have to be staked as a gust of wind can send them toppling. I do love them though. Fav
