Just a bit longer along the woods from my village we come across some fields with a few unusual markings. It looks like arches and deep lines, but what creatures have made these marks.
Well in fact these fields are used for motor cycle scrambling and it can be quite noisy. They do change the routes at times so you can see some muddy tracts and others where the grass is growing again.
I've only ever been to one of these events and that was when I was a teenager, I almost went deaf and think I will stick to my first love of football. In fact my club play tonight in a cup match against a team 3 leagues above us, so expect it will be a win for Brentford FC and not Forest Green.
A great scene and like you as teenager I would go to watch the cross country scrambling with my friends - the thrill of the noise and spills and a glance at one or two attractive lad !!!!!!
Iām also not one for noisy motorcycles.
