Now I appreciate that the 365project is about getting lovely captures, but in a way I'm more of a story teller, so this isn't the most interesting of pictures today, bare with me.
I have been stuck indoors for over a week with a very wonky right knee. If I was a horse I might have been put down by know, but I've kept going by hanging onto my furniture to move around my bungalow. I could say that the best bit of furniture to hang on to has been the fridge door, as I seem to open that more than anything else.
Over the past 4/5 weeks I've been pestered by my surgery for doing tests on me. I just feel that when you get older they get their hands on you and won't let go. Today I had to have even more blood samples taken, for the 3rd time in a month and a half. Today I have accused the nurses of using me to feed their pet vampires which they keep in rooms below. Do you know the nurse today looked younger than my Grandchildren?
I was lucky today that I managed to get my car parked the closest to the surgery door. They do have a car park but to get to the surgery you have to climb a long staircase, which I think, with my knee, is the same as the north face of the Eiger Mountain.
I'm parked here with the surgery entrance on the left, you can also see by the pillar where the steps come up from the car park. On the other side of the road/hill was the chemist, now closed and empty. My surgery is planning a move to the centre of town which will make parking even worse.
Hopefully they will now leave me alone and feed their vampires by taking blood from other patients. At least I got a capture today.
They are vampires at our surgery too Heather, I have had two lots of blood taken in a week. I feel like a pin cushion. Booster, flu jab, shingles jab & two blood sample jobs….shouldn’t grumble they are at least being attentive!
I like your stories the best, they make me laugh. Your surgery is an assault course.
Feel your pain ! Surgeries never seem to be built in a suitable place for the old and infirm !! Our Surgery has its car park at a much lower level with a steep pathway leading up to the surgery !! with TWO disabled parking at the higher level by the door !!!!! Common sense fails as obviously - the old and infirm are the main visitors to the surgery and not the young and fit !! Hope those knees behave a little better for you !

I think David is helping you feed the vampires, he recently had 10 vials of blood taken in his latest blood tests, he came home with an empty arm.
I like you wheels.
