Cordes in the Sky

Cordes-sur-ciel is a spectacular hilltop village, but the day we visited wasn't great for photography. In fact, we only went there because it was pouring down and I wanted somewhere to drive to. Two weeks ago I was touring Lot and Tarn and cursing my stupidity for going there in a week when it rained almost constantly. Today, confined to the house for the indeterminate future, it looks like it was a brilliant decision.
Stay safe Tim, it is a scary time for all of us. I'm thinking of poor Jasper, you'll need a note to take him for a walk, I'm told..

Stayed in a wonderful place there a couple of years ago. A great little town. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather. Would love to go baby one day, although at the moment we’re wondering if we should be canceling our flights to the UK in August

It is a wonderfully photogenic town... even in the rain.

Welcome to the 'House Arrest Club'!

Friends of mine were in Spain from December to late February. On their return they regretted going so early as the weather was not great and wished they had started in March. Now with hindsight what a great choice.
