I found these flowers hanging over my neighbours fence. I also tried to get a picture of a bee as an alternative, but wow, bees are hard to get a picture of. They just won't stay still.
I also had a somewhat traumatic experience while outside. I discovered some sort of baby spider nest on a wooden table - Thousands of tiny red spiders. Maybe millions (well, it seemed like millions to me). So of course I panicked and did the first thing that came to mind. a bottle of Windex in one hand, and a bottle of hairspray in the other. It seemed to be a good spider killing combo, but now I feel sort of bad...
Beautiful shot! Love your perspective!! EEK on the spiders, I would have done the same thing! I have sprayed stink bugs with hair spray and use Windex for most everything! Reminds me of My Big Fat Greek wedding, if you ever saw that movie. :)
I like the soft colors here. Nice choice Lauren! Sorry to hear about your spider attack! I screamed like a little girl recently when I opened my washing machine and had a spider running at me....went back and caught him though and threw him outside. My friend has warped me now by telling me bugs are somebodies baby. Haha :)
lovely photo lauren! i love your perspective and how you kept the fence in the shot, even tho your eye was drawn to the flowers over the fence when you first seen them. The tones are awesome too!!! i am pretty sure i would have done the same thing with the spiders as well...but you are like me....i can kill an ant in the house or something and then feel bad about it after. lol. The odd time, depending on what it is, (like a lady bug or something) i will catch it and release it outside. I think i am krazy...but i always think that everything has feelings! hahahaha.

@kdimagery i think they have feelings too and feel bad when I imagine that they were choking and suffocating on the Windex/hairspray combination. i feel extra bad that they were outside, so really not doing anything wrong :( poor spiders, lol
