Still really struggling with sleep. I fell asleep around 1am then woke up at 4am. at 530, still unable to sleep, I decided to get out of bed and make some "Sleepytime" tea hoping it would help me drift off to sleep. Nope. Didn't help.
Now I'm sad to say after giving up coffee a few days ago, I have already broken my no coffee vow. I have a cup in my hand right now. I didn't want to have any but I feel like I'm having difficulty concentrating and I have a busy day ahead of me...
*I noticed that the time in my Exif is incorrect, forgot to readjust after daylight savings...
Excellent! Nice ad shot for the tea company! You might try submitting it to them. =) Hope your sleep will return soon. I haven't slept too well since I was slapped with menopause. Ugh!
I love the sleepytime tea but I haven't noticed it helping me sleep either. I have to take a half a Tynol PM and it keeps me down for about six hours. I seldom get more. Sharp picture of the box and good composition.
Oh bless you... its hateful when you cannot sleep and yet you are exhausted...... and the more you think and worry about it the worse it gets... its a real vicious circle. I really hope you can sort it out asap. ♥
Since when were you pregnant? Congratulations! No coffee and you're not sleeping, that doesn't sound right. Maybe its an imbalance since you recently stopped and it might pass once the cafine leaves your system.
