Today was my last day in Vermont and my mother and I drove around looking for a photo. When we saw this farm with animals, she pulled in the driveway and then asked if we could take photos of the animals. The owner was very gracious. She was on her way out, but showed us how to lock up the gates after we left. Only in the country...
Thank you all for your comments on my Vermont photos these past few days. I hope to catch up with all of you tomorrow night when I get home. I have so little time with my mother that I've fallen off on my commenting.
This is a really great shot, Laurie! I'm glad you got to spend time with your mother. I would give anything for that; that is really what is more important. :o)
This is WONDERFUL, Laurie! I can almost feel the breath coming from his nostrils! I would never have thought to take anything this close up, and it works so beautifully.
@ptowncook@numinee I didn't really have a choice on the up close photo. Every time I backed away to take a different photo, she followed me. She was determined to be right in my face, so I went with what I had. When I uploaded, I actually liked this photo.
