Today was SOOC day in the One Night Stand Challenge and I happened upon one of my bucket list photos. I know it's just a squirrel, but one of my closest friends adores rodents of all kinds and squirrels, especially.
This challenge really has been an eye opener. I learned so many things. SOOC day taught me to closely check composition before I shoot. I don't edit much, just a few tweaks, but I was conscious of every one of them as I took photos today.
Thank you so much for all your kind words on my selfie from yesterday. That was the hardest photo I've ever posted.
You did a very nice job with this challenge Laurie. Is this really a grey squirrel? It almost looks more like a brown squirrel, but I'll take your word on it. Our grays out here are just so gray with no brown in them at all.
It's so true about checking everything before snapping! My SOOC included a blown out sky! :) This is so cute! I really wouldn't process a thing about it! Fantastic capture and SOOC!
Awesome job! You did some really great stuff in this challenge! It's funny how trying different things makes you more conscious of what you're shooting and how you're shooting it.
I love this squirrel. When we're at Grand Canyon I would try and get a photo because thought they were so cute and invariably, an US citizen would walk past and chase off complaining of pests.mthank goodness for 365 to see so many
i love squirrels and this is a cute, cute shot! i know a song about "Gray Squirrel"......do you know it? now it will be in my mind for the rest of the evening:) we don't have gray squirrels here, unfortunately......but we still sing the song.....LOL.... OK, I am blabbering on and I think I just need to go to bed!
Really great job, Laurie. So happy you got one of your bucket list shots. It sure has been gray, hasn't it? I know we need the rain, but I'm SO ready to see some sunshine!
