This old house is just around the corner from where I work. Rumour has it that the new owners are up for some renovations....hopefully I'll be able to capture a few shots of its progress in the coming months :)
Oh I do hope that they will keep some of the lovely old features during their renovations. I was devastated recently when I discovered on Google Earth that my old home in Perth had been demolished to make way for a modern property!
Looks like a house that has so much potential to be returned to its former glory! I love it when houses that have started to run down get sold & new people with lots of energy do it up!
