Instant lake

This would normally be just a paddock with a crop of wheat, but with all the flooding around here, it's now become a lake! And this isn't the main river (which has peaked tonight at 12.5m)....this is just what has backed up from one of the smaller creeks that runs into the main river. No rain today, it was actually quite sunny for most of the day, but more rain is forecast next week....and next month apparently is going to be a shocker as well - will soon need to invest in a boat!

Alot of rain..most of the states in Australia are experiencing floods, feel sorry for the farmers, as its too much rain for them. Nice shot.

Oh dear, you are getting a lot of water around you of late. It must be very frustrating for you all. Hopefully the weather forecasters are wrong and next months bad weather will pass you by. A nice capture though, and beautiful looking sky :)
