Also known as Foley's - was built by Bill Foley between 1898 - 1906 as a simple 3 bedroom home with an open verandah. It was last used by Bill Matthew's as a summer fishing retreat. He had a tenancy agreement with National Parks & Wildlife Service which ended with his death in 1986.
