Can Opener by leonbuys83

Can Opener

The can opener in action. Got the idea for this shot after taking my 'Yes I Can Opener' shot earlier this week. http://365project.org/leonbuys83/365/2014-03-31

Used focus stacking to get all the details in focus.
You've done a great job with stacking your photos. I've never done that and not really sure how to do it. So well done Leon!

@shepherdmanswife thank you very much Chantal, very much appreciated. I use Photoshop CC to create the focus stacks, there are a lot of tutorials on the web how to do it, most important is that you use a tripod when taking the shots so they can all be lined up

Agreed with the others, really great stacking, the DOF looks *very* natural

@rellimdj thank you Joe, I took the 5 shots, credits for stacking go to Photoshop's automated import and blend options.

Very creative. Great focus. I'm going to have do some research on stacking. Recently there have been some very nice pics posted that have been created by stacking!
