I moved my first posting to my extras album. Wasn't sure if I'd go back to the lake for sunset with the temps a plunging and wind a howling. But I did only the find I had no SD card. Again really ??? Think I'd learn. Lucky for me I arrived at the beginning of golden hour so did the 20 twenty minute round trip drive to Target and back. I'm now on the far side of yesterdays sunrise picture. Lots of melting happened early on in the day but teen temps are back. At least no snow forecast.
Thanks for all the wonderful comments on yesterdays picture. I'm sure that's what pushed me out the door for tonights sunset pic.
Wow, Leslie, this is such a gorgeous sunset. I love the golden lines on the edges of the clouds. We always tend to include the sun in sunrise / sunset shots, but here you have taken a much better shot at an angle to the sun...very effective...and a fav!
Wow this is just stunning! I did the same thing last week and didn't have my SD card! It's so frustrating! Luckily I had my phone to take the picture. Not the same though! Fav!
