So they are still repairing the Washington Monument. Oh. I love all the "tiny" people! They seem like tiny people on an architectural model, which I guess they would not build now...that we have computers.
@espyetta they are in the process of completely taking it down. It will reopen to the public next month. Took about a year to fix it because the scaffolding went up during the cherry blossom blooming last year. Lets hope no more earthquakes happen.
@megmills no not yet but they are getting closer. Next week meaning? Think full bloom may happen toward the end of the week. Going to the zoo tomorrow and may hop on metro to see how they have changed since Tuesday.
