When UPS arrived Friday and dropped off a mini cupcake tin and papers I knew my daughter in law Margaret had plans . She is a fabulous cook and baker . We were all treated to her Kentucky Buck cupcakes today. Amazingly I had all the ingredients in the house except bourbon so we skipped the bourbon but that's how she came up with the name. When she started piping on the icing I ran for my camera. They are DELICIOUS ....
