Set my alarm for 6am and woke up at 5. When there was finally some light I could see a large bank of clouds on the horizon from my balcony. Well maybe once it rises enough I can catch it at the top of the clouds, so out I went. Catching the sun rising out of the water was a big surprise. You just never know. It disappeared behind the clouds very quickly before it reappeared at the top of the clouds....
What a wonderful shot, Leslie. Love the color of the sun and the color along the edge of the top of some of the clouds. Cool ripples in the water as well.
