I went to the Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens in Wash D.C. this morning with one for my photography meetup groups. It was my first time there and the first time I've photographed Lotus flowers. Boy oh boy did they have ponds and ponds of them blooming. It was amazing and did I mention HOT. Thankfully we arrived at 6:30 am and we headed back home at 9 am so it could have been so much hotter. Thought I'd see what this would look like in b&w. I like it.....
