June 27th has become a day when snap a Ragged Robin. (This is the 8th year in a row)They have been slow this year as have a lot of the wild flowers. It has been a great year for the grass growing and I wonder if that has had an effect on the growth of the wild flowers. Marsh Marigold's in particular have not had it so good and even the best patch of poppies in our garden have come to nothing.
