Past Times

When I moved to Shetland in 1980 long before such things as mobile phones and internet connection the best way to keep in touch with my parents was from a phone box. Every second Sunday, weather permitting, and even days when it didn't really permit, I would walk round the coast to this phone box and phone home.

I should have looked to see if this was still a working phone box but by the time I'd thought of it we were well past it.
Simple but striking.
