Peat Stack

One of the neighbours has got a delivery of his annual peats. He used to cut them himself but he's too old for that now.

So interesting - does it just get covered or does it need to be put into a shed to store it?

@dide no it is left open to the elements. Once it is as dry as this it stays more or less dry all the time. A bit of dampness on the surface will make it last longer

I find peat to be quite fascinating! Saw it in Ireland :)
