I finally bought some chrysanthemums for the front porch. They look red at first, but has they open fully and then begin to fade they look dark pink with bright yellow centers. I love the fall. It’s my favorite season.
Great picture. I love the color contrast...red to yellow to pink. Fall is my favorite time of year too. It's one of the best reasons for living in this part of the country.
@paulaag I think I'm going to go for the 300mm lens. I do go to Roberts, and it's the woman there that told me I should go to 400mm, but I can't afford it. I think a better quality lens that is just a bit longer will do the trick.
yea, I agree about the 300! they are nice in there at roberts, but they seem expensive. Do you have a macro lens? that is what i would really like to get. i think we have the same camera and i bet we have the same lenses.......i got two when i bought the camera and i believe i remember that you said you did too. i see so many wonderful macro shots.......i want......hehe!
@paulaag Yes, I have a really good macro lens I bought at Roberts. Surprisingly, it was the exact same price as it was on Amazon. I love my macro lens. It was worth every penny. I can't wait until I've saved enough to get the 300!
@paulaag We do have the exact same camera! I bought mine at Roberts because once again it was the exact same price as everywhere else and I figured they were more equipped to answer my questions.
