Today I was in my home town, Pacific Palisades, CA, which was once the home of a grand movie palace called the Bay Theater. Legendary architect S. Charles Lee was probably turning in his grave when his beautiful, Art Moderne style theater was changed into this white box, devoid of any design sense.
