I grew up in Pacific Palisades when it was still a middle class community. I made this travel sticker for myself a while ago, from an ancient snapshot I had of the local theater, the Bay on Sunset Blvd. It was built in the 1940s and closed in the late 1970s. In the nearly 40 years it stood, it was a major source of entertainment and a meeting place for kids, teens, families and movie buffs. There are still theaters in the world, I doubt anything like this exists anymore.
