These giant hats used to be all over Southern California, adorning each of the local Arby's Roast Beef fast food outlets. Today only 5 of them still stand, including this one in Van Nuys. Last month there were 6, but someone stole one that was at a vacated Santa Monica location and slated for delivery to a pop culture museum.
