I assumed this sign was an abandoned marker for a long gone business, since it seems to not be attached to any structure on the corner of Pico and Bundy. TUrns out, Dennis' business is behind the Rib Shack, and has been there for years. According to Yelp he's an old-school business guy who will weld just about anything for $20 while dropping a lot of F-Bombs. Some of the reviewers seems to see him as a menace, I think he sounds pretty colorful, to say the least. Hope he's still around if I ever need something welded.
