Common they may be (not to mention loud, and greedy) but those iridescent feathers sure are pretty.

They are a funny combination with those lovely iridescent feathers, if you catch them in the right light, but that sharp rather vicious looking beak and penetrating yellow eye. Without the sunshine to ‘polish’ them they can look quite malevolent.
